AAP Government will collapse under its own contradictions very soon - Grewal

BJP Kisan Morcha National Secretary and Prabhari Himachal Pradesh Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal on the eve of Arvind Kejriwal's swearing function in as Delhi chief minister, said that our Party BJP asked its newly elected MLA's to be prepared for snap polls in near future, stating that tenability of AAP government with Congress support looks extremely suspect. In a press statement here today he said that the whole idea of a party professing clean politics aligning with the most corrupt political party in history is ridiculous and it's collapse would be under its own contradictions. He said that the new dispensation has started on a shaky wicket in view of the dissenting statements from Congress over support to AAP. Grewal stated that there are several statements from the Congress leadership, it's one says support as per manifesto, other says it is unconditional support and third say no, no, it is simple support. He also demanded the new Government should ensure stern punishment to the guilty. Talking with the media persons, Grewal said that after cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar and noted scientist C N R Rao were named for the country's highest civilian honour, he said that the Centre must confer the country's highest civilian award on Atal Bihari Vajpayee as he was the most deserving incumbent for this honour. Grewal said that Atal Bihari Vajpayee was an able administrator, a true statesman and above all the only political stalwart with undisputed credentials of secularism. He termed the Congress party as the B-team of ( AAP ) Aam Aadmi Party. He said both parties are in a self serving motive and have entered into a political adjustment to form the Government in Delhi. In a press statement here today he said that Congress Party was not keen on an early re-election due to the drubbing it received in the recent assembly elections and Aam Aadmi Party ( AAP ) wanted to form Government to make its presence felt nationally. He said that Congress Party has now agreed to working as the B-team of the AAP in order to defer the prospects of another electoral humiliation. He said that the Congress Party is now extending outside support of its eight MLA's to the AAP to help it form the Government in Delhi. Grewal said that when the two parties jointly constitute a majority in the assembly are allowing a Government formation with a dishonourable motive. He said that the Aam Aadmi Party leader and now coming Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal is raising the questions on the exact nature of the CON-AAP relationship that's are of many have suggested that AAP Party is the B-team of Congress Party. All India Secretary, Fedration of all India Petroleum Traders, Incharge of North Zone Petrol Pumps and also Chief Patron Petrol Pump Dealers Association Punjab State Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal said that it has come to know that some recent report appearing in some section of Print Media that petrol pumps shall be observing a closure on 24th Dec 2013 and shall be switching off the illumination on 22nd December and 23rd Dec 2013 at all petrol pumps. In a press statement here today, Grewal said that our all India President, Federation of All India Petroleum Traders Sh. Ashok Badhwar and all the team members we, wishes to clarify that no such switching off lights or closure of petrol pumps on 24th Dec 2013  shall take place. There is no question of any agitation since the Hon’ble Minister of Petroleum Mr.Verappa Moily is already seized of the matter and he has assured us that suitable instructions are being issued in this regard. Grewal condemned move to inquire into snooping in Gujarat woman case

Home Minister of India Sushil Kumar Shinde indicated from the Government of India that the Centre Government may order an inquiry into the snooping of a woman in Gujarat, allegedly involving BJP Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, it's hours after BJP Kisan Morcha National Secretary and Prabhari Himachal Pradesh Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal said that our party BJP condemned such a move, charging it would be violative of Indian Constitution. In a press statement here today, He said that the entire matter is a law and order matter, which is a state subject of Gujarat state and any interference by the Government of India would be against the Constitution of India. BJP Kisan Morcha National Secretary and Prabhari Himachal Pradesh Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal today said that the circumstances surrounding the criminal case against Indian diplomat Devyani Khobragade were suspicious and the issue impinged upon the sovereignty of India. In a press statement here today, He said that Khobragade's represents the image of sovereign India and she has been also ill treated and the treatment has not been denied. Grewal said that the larger issue is the way that maid's family was made to flee to the US upon a visa quickly given and then she is seeking shelter as person under harassment. He said that all these ultimately leads to a situation in which lot of suspicious circumstances are there. He said that our country has expressed outrage over the strip and cavity-search of Khobragade, who has been charged with visa fraud and underpaying her housemaid. Now Devyani Khobragade has been transferred to India's Permanent Mission at the UN in New York, which would provide her with more diplomatic immunity, he added.

BJP National Leader and Kisan Morcha's National Secretary, Advocate Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal said that " Lokpal Bill, it's a strong Bill, So there is a fight to take the credit on it, It's Anna Hazare who should get the credit for this Bill. Anna has been fasting for a strong Lokpal Bill, it's the people of India who should be given the credit." He said that my personal opinion is that our country need a strong bill against corruption that fulfills the people's aspiration in India". In a press statement here today, he said that the Bill is passed with several amendments, but in the Upper House of Parliament all the major parties with the exception of the Samajwadi Party, which walked out in protest against the legislation, took part in the over five-hour long debate and hoped that after the Bill becomes a law, cases of corruption against legislators will be deposed off quickly. Grewal said that the passing of the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Bill a "landmark step for our country." He said that social activist Anna Hazare, who is on an indefinite fast for a strong Lokpal in Ralegan Siddhi, he too thanked Rajya Sabha MPs for passing the Bill and wished that the Lok Sabha will pass it too. He said, " he will end of his fast after the Lok Sabha passes the Lokpal Bill." Grewal stated that now a five-member Committee comprising of the Prime Minister, Speaker of Lok Sabha, Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Chief Justice of India and an eminent jurist will appoint the Lokpal. National Secretary BJP Kisan Morcha, Advocate Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal today appealed to the President of India Sh. Pranab Mukherjee to dismiss A.K. Ganguly from the post of ( WBHRC ) West Bengal Human Rights Commission chief after the retired judge was accused of sexually harassing a law intern. In a press statement here today Grewal said that if Ganguly did not resign from his post even after the three member's committee of the Hon'ble Supreme Court indicted him for unwelcome behaviour with the law intern, the president should use his powers. He said that the president has power and he should use it to dismiss A.K. Ganguly from his post, Constitutionally. Grewal stated that the judges' panel report, submitted to Chief Justice of India P. Sathasivam Nov 28, said the statement of the law intern, now a lawyer disclosed, an act of unwelcome behaviour (unwelcome verbal/non-verbal conduct of sexual nature) by Justice ( Retd ) A.K. Ganguly with her in the room in hotel Le Meridien on Dec 24, 2012. He said that after considering the report, a full bench of the apex court ruled out any action from its side in the incident, as A.K. Ganguly was no longer a serving judge. Narendra Modi's Dec 21 Fateh Rally in Punjab Postponed - Grewal

National Secretary BJP Kisan morcha Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal said that ( SAD ) Shiromani Akali Dal President and Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sr. Sukhbir Singh Badal and Sh. Kamal Sharma Punjab State President Bharatiya Janta Party ( BJP ) have  jointly decided to postpone the Fateh Rally which was to be held on December 21, at Jagraon, District Ludhiana. He stated that our both Leaders Sr. Sukhbir Singh Badal and Sh. Kamal Sharma said that the rally would now be held in February and its date would be announced soon. In a statement release here today Grewal stated that the weather forecast for the next three days and forecast of rain on December 21,  is the main reason for postponement of this Fateh Rally. He said that in view of the weather forecast it was realized that it will be too inconvenient for the SAD-BJP workers and the public to travel in thick fog and rainy conditions. He said that it will also be difficult for Sh. Narendera Modi to travel by air, keeping in view all these conditions and environment it is decided to postpone the Fateh Rally to the month of February 2014. Jagraon on December 21 would act as a game changer of Indian History
with the Punjabi's set to host one of the largest Rallies held in
India to herald the ascendency of Prime Ministerial Narendra Modi. In

Run for unity , today Ludhiana marathon started from Basti Jodhewal Chowk towards Sunder Nagar - Grewal

BJP Kisan Morcha National Secretary and Member Iron collection committee Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal said today, 15 December 2013 at 09:00 am the Ludhiana marathon started from Basti Jodhewal Chowk, Ludhiana towards Sunder Nagar under the worthy Leadership of Sh. Kamal Sharma State President BJP Punjab. Grewal stated that along with him in this marathon race Prof. Rajinder Bhandari Ex- State President BJP, Shmt. Santosh Kalra and Shmt. Sarabjit Kaur Bath both State Vice President BJP, Parveen Bansal District President BJP and Harsh Sharma District President BJYM Ludhiana join this marathon at Basti Jodhewal Chowk, Ludhiana with large number of BJP Rural youth and workers. Grewal stated that People from nearly 1,000 locations in the country are likely to take part in the ‘Run for Unity’. Addressing presspersons today Grewal said that ‘Run for Unity’, a marathon held at the same time for the same purpose today December 15, the death anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. He said that initially, it was estimated to conduct the run in 565 destinations in the country. But going by the responses, today the number of destinations likely crossed 1,000 all over the country. Grewal said that the marathon today inaugurated by Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi in Vadodara. He said that nearly one lakh people are participate in that marathon. He said that students from different schools, colleges, youths, doctors, educationists and members of different NGO's will participate this marathon. Grewal also stated that the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Rashtriya Ekta Trust would build Patel’s statue near Sardar Sarovar Dam. This 182-metre-high ‘Statue of Unity’ will be the world’s tallest statue. Grewal said that as a part of this campaign, old farming tools and the sample of the soil of the village will be collected from all the villages across India. He said that the farming tools will be used to construct the statue.
