LOHA CAMPAIGN - BJP party's iron collection drive from December 15 - Grewal

National BJP Leader and Kisan Morcha National Secretary Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal said that 'LOHA CAMPAIGN' for farmers cultivation used Iron collection drive from December 15 in country. He said today reports are that BJP workers from Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal and Sikkim to collect agricultural iron implements for the construction of 700-tonne statue of Our proud independent India's first home minister Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, for which a Rs 2,500-crore project has been prepared by the Gujarat Government. He told that our Senior BJP Leader Purushottam Rupala MP from Gujarat who led the team of Gujarat ministers, MP's and MLA's recalled that Sardar Patel contributed to the renovation of Somnath temple and said he would have got the Ram temple constructed at Ayodhya had be been the PM. Grewal told that in the construction of the world's tallest statue, all mukhiyas and sarpanches in the country would be associated. More than 2.5 lakh elected representatives in rural areas would be felicitated by the Gujarat government in the last week of February next year. He again stated that Collection of iron pieces would simultaneously start on December 15, the death anniversary of Sardar Patel, in all villages across all over the country. Grewal said that two principal secretary Rank officers - Sh. J N Singh and Sh. K Srinivas, who are associated with the project, have written to the chief secretaries of all the states seeking their support for the campaign and permission for holding 'Run for Unity' in different parts of the country on December 15. He said that the Deputy secretary Rank officer's of Gujarat Government are appointed nodal officers for different states. He said that all have visited several cities to coordinate with the local officials. Grewal said that the whole country has been divided into 8 zones for the project. He said that Gujarat ministers are visiting all the states to complete the LOHA CAMPAIGN by January 26. Grewal stated that BJP MP and former Union minister Hukumdeo Narayan Yadav has been made convener of the LOHA CAMPAIGN for five states. He said that our BJP Party's National vice-president Dr C P Thakur said iron pieces should be collected from the urban areas. Grewal stated that a group of young professionals having degrees in management, law and engineering from reputed institutions have been associated themselves with the statue project.
